The session focused on:
1) Improve your presentation skills.
2) How to prepare the scientific material for presentation.
This course comprises 28 weeks where students would cover the basics of academic writing and attend various tutorials to understand the different structures of academic literature. Moreover, students would improve their communication and presentation skills throughout the different workshops, tutorials, and presentations which cover and assess a wide range of skills, including critical reading, data analysis about a range of global health issues.
In addition, students would gain the fundamentals of biostatistics which would enable a better understanding of data and enable students to discuss and write data in a form of short scientific report. Furthermore, this course provides an opportunity to develop self-directed learning techniques.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
